“Artist and designer Ligia Dias is intervening in our current group exhibition Never-Nevermore. Dias freely installs her works such as chair, stools and mirrors in dialogue with the appropriation aspect of the show. Her pieces are both portraits and hommage to figures such as Anni Albers and Mike Kelley.
Ligia Dias (b. 1974) creates functional and non-functional objects mixing standard materials from hardware and jewellery stores, leftovers of her production and found objects.”
