"Ô dingos, ô châteaux" showcases a selection of artworks from the Frac Normandie collection. The exhibition places the château under the sign of madness and decadence, reflecting the history of some of its inhabitants. The title is taken from a 1972 novel by Jean-Patrick Manchette published in the Série Noire collection, which is a nod to a poem by Arthur Rimbaud (Une saison en enfer) : "Ô saisons, ô châteaux!" The poem is about dreams lost with age, the dreams of youth gone.
